Coconut Macaroons

Directions: 
Thoroughly mix 1/2 cup plus 1 tablespoon of hot water with mix for 5 minutes. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cover bowl and let set for 15 to 20 minutes. Scoop or form cookies onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for about 15 to 20 minutes or until starting to turn golden on the edges. Carefully remove with a spatula and let cool. Yield is approximately 3 dozen cookies.
