Directions: 
Combine mix with half of 1 1/4 cup water. Mix for 1 minute at low speed. Mix for 4 minutes at medium speed. Add rest of water and mix for 1 minute. Scrape sides of bowl and mix for 2 minutes on low. Bake in 375 degree oven for 30 to 35 minutes. Makes two 8 inch cakes. Optional: add 1/2 cup of chocolate chips.
