Cheesy Bacon & Potato Soup

Directions:
Mix packet with 3 cups water. Stir with whisk while bringing to a boil. Reduce heat to simmer for 10 minutes. Stir often to keep from scorching. Cover and let steam for 10 minutes before serving to allow vegetables to soften. Delicious as a sauce over steamed vegetables, too. Makes approximately 3 cups of soup or sauce. Serves 4 to 6.
